Our Return Policy
We are really a customer focused company and everything we have done is to make every experience involved at our site a happy and pleasant one. It is fairly typical to return things that you are unsatisfied during your shopping. Therefore, please view our return and refund policy carefully before you place order.
Besides, if you want to cancel your order, please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order, otherwise, we will charge you $45 for handle fee. You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out; we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
Step-by-step Procedures
1. We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.
2. We do have 7 days money back guarantee for standard size order, if you are not satisfy with the quality.
3. For the refund, please kindly note that you should pay US$75 of re-stocking fee for each dress. Also shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
4. Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
5. Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
6. Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.
7. All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.
8. Refund only after the return package is received.
9. No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order. Please provide your measurements and special require by our measurements guide exactly, that's very important.
